Is there a long-term commitment required?

No, the contract is on a month to month basis.

Do you require insurance to be purchased?

No, but insurance information through a third party is given at the time of the rental, and acceptance or a waiver of the insurance is given by the tenant.

What are the hours to access the unit?

24/7 access is available. Personal Key Pad Codes are given at the time of rental.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, a refundable $20.00 deposit is included at the time of renting the unit. Deposits are mailed out once notice is given by the tenant and the unit is swept out.

Are you prorated if moving in after the 1st of the month?

Yes, prorating is done according to the days left in the month when renting a unit. Prorating when leaving is done only during the first five days of the month, and a full month storage fee is charged thereafter.

What forms of payment do we accept?

Cash, check, money order, and credit cards. Payments can be done via our website on the home page by clicking the pay now button. Automatic payments via a credit or debit card can be set up at the beginning of your rental, or anytime thereafter with the property manager. Payments can also be dropped through the mail slot at the office.

Are there security cameras or other means of security in place?

Yes, state of the art security cameras operating at all times. We are also a gated self-storage facility.
